Allied Farmers takes on former Happy Valley assets

Land and loans associated with defunct infant formula project are now in the hands of NZX-listed asset manager.

Livestock trader and asset manager Allied Farmers has disclosed its acquisition of assets previously belonging to failed milk processing startup Happy Valley Nutrition.

Financial statements for the six months to December, reported to the NZX today, show an Allied special purpose vehicle acquired
