Sharesies raising another $5m, is cashflow breakeven

Investment offer obtained by NBR says latest capital raise on the same terms as 2021 Series C round.

Investment platform Sharesies is looking to raise more than $5 million and says it is now cashflow breakeven, documents provided to NBR show.

On Friday, an email was sent to investors in Icehouse Ventures’ Seed Fund I saying that Sharesies was opening a $5m-plus extension to its 2021 Series C
