London-based forex and derivatives trader LMAX has acquired a 20% stake in Auckland-based derivatives provider BlackBull Global.

Companies Office filings show the LMAX holding was registered on August 8, with LMAX executive director Campbell Millar becoming a director of BlackBull on the same
