Electricity generator and retailer Meridian has abandoned its in-house retail billing platform Flux in favour of the Kraken platform provided by UK-based Octopus Energy Group.
In a statement to the NZX Meridian said 53 jobs would go at Flux, reducing its workforce from 121 to 68.
