Market shock after subdued data, rate cut; NZ unemployment watch

Global sharemarkets have followed Wall Street’s tumble, sparked by recession fears and weak US data.

As reported in Morning Brew this morning, the Dow Jones went on to close down nearly 500 points, or more than 1%, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq and S&P500 also declined.
