Stabicraft gets equity investment from Simplicity

Boatbuilder Stabicraft has raised capital from KiwiSaver funds managed by Simplicity as it aims for more overseas expansion from its Invercargill base.

In a deal completed this month, Simplicity is taking a 35.9% stake in Stabicraft through an issue of 1.4 million shares, with owner and co-founder
