TBB has announced it will welcome two new directors on December 1, 2024, and is celebrating the expansion of its banking and finance offering.
In recognition of principal Tom McGarry’s outstanding contribution to TBB, he will be promoted to director. McGarry joined TBB in 2016 and specialises in all aspects of property law, including development, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing. He is known for his technical legal skills, commercial insight, and creative solutions to provide exceptional value. McGarry’s promotion recognises his outstanding talent and significant impact on TBB’s clients and team.
Pauline Ho is a highly regarded banking and finance lawyer with 20 years of experience in New Zealand and London. Ho has joined TBB as a director to lead the new banking and finance offering at TBB. Her property finance and corporate finance expertise will provide a seamless new service for TBB’s lender and borrower clients across a spectrum of financing arrangements.
