Solution Dynamics Ltd has announced the appointment of Suzanne Watts to the position of chief financial officer.
The company’s current CFO, Chris Veale, will transition to the role of company secretary on a reduced hours basis, and will continue to provide support to SDL’s finance team as needed.
Watts is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and has significant experience in business advisory, having managed complex finance functions across a diverse range of industries.
From 2017, her most recent role was group financial controller for Agility CIS, which included oversight of SaaS (software as a service) operations and pricing models, along with international reporting and taxation.
Watts will commence her role at SDL on 29 November 2021.
