Soda Inc appoints new chair, independent directors
Soda Inc had more than 70 applicants for the two governance roles.
Kim Hill and Andrew West have been appointed independent Soda Inc directors and Dr West has also taken the chair. Soda had more than 70 applicants for the two governance roles.
Founder and director of Stratigi, Hill is a top-level business strategist, coach and consultant.
West is a general partner at Matū, a pre-seed/seed capital fund that invests through a hands-on, managed approach.
Soda is a not-for-profit startup support organisation based in Waikato, which works with entrepreneurs across New Zealand and has been delivering startup support services for the past nine years.
