Morrison today announces that Alexandra Badenoch has joined the Morrison Partnership, effective immediately. In her new role, Badenoch will oversee talent development within the Morrison team and will also apply her operational effectiveness and business transformation skills to the firm’s investment portfolio.
Badenoch most recently served as group executive – transformation, communication and people at Telstra and was responsible for leading Telstra’s overall T22 transformation strategy on behalf of the CEO and board to ensure the successful delivery of a multi-year program. She brings an outstanding track record of delivery and depth of experience in business transformation, organisational efficiency, human capital and corporate affairs to Morrison. Throughout her career, she has gained significant sector expertise across areas including technology, telecommunications, supply chain and logistics.

Badenoch joins Morrison following the appointment of Steven Fitzgerald to lead operating partner and Rachel Drew to global head of asset management.

Prior to her recent role at Telstra, Badenoch was the director of human resources, corporate affairs, and customer for Asciano Ltd, where she was responsible for recruitment, remuneration, performance management, and leadership and cultural development. Previously, she held several executive roles with Telstra, Novell Inc, and Coles Myer. Badenoch is currently a non-executive director with portfolio companies OneNZ and Viscount Reuse and holds an advisory board role with Gloat.
