Saunders Robinson Brown (SRB) has announced the addition of three new partners.
Senior associates Sam Sutherland, Michael Vanner, and Katrina Wood have been promoted to partner.
Sutherland – who has been with the firm since 2012, based at the Rangiora office – has a strong focus on commercial property transactions as well as company law and business structuring.

Vanner, a team member for eight years, specialises in commercial property transactions and developments, corporate advisory, and business matters.
Katrina Wood.
Wood specialises in commercial property and retail leasing, as well as providing advice in relation to commercial contracts, company structuring, joint ventures, and trust law.
