Prue Flacks to succeed Joan Withers as Mercury chair

Prue Flacks has been on Mercury’s board since May 2010.

Mercury Energy’s board has appointed one of its directors, Prue Flacks, to succeed Joan Withers as chairperson.

Withers will stand down at the energy company’s annual shareholders’ meeting on September 27. She has been chairperson since October 2009.
