Proximity NZ has announced Romit Sinha will be re-joining the agency as director of technology.
Joining the marketing and advertising agency from Accenture NZ, Sinha has over a decade of experience in digital marketing, data, and cross-channel automation and has worked for industry-leading clients across a range of industries and markets.
Sinha will be responsible for spearheading digital innovation across Proximity’s portfolio of clients.
Working across ANZ Bank, Tourism NZ, and Mazda as well as driving new business, Sinha will help grow Proximity’s digital marketing solutions as well as automation and product development.
“Sinha’s passion for technology and data-driven marketing will be an incredible asset to our team and portfolio of clients. We’re looking forward to welcoming him back and are excited to see how he transforms Kiwi businesses through customer-led, connected creativity,” Proximity NZ chief executive Chris Pescott said.
Over the last six months, Proximity NZ has obtained several new accounts including George Weston Foods, Dairy NZ, Tourism NZ, and Easy Crypto.
Sinha’s role at Proximity starts immediately.
