Mobile engagement software company Plexure today announced the expansion of its executive team with Richard Fraser taking up the newly developed role of chief product officer (CPO) and the appointment of Tessa O’Rorke to the role of chief customer officer (CCO).
To support Plexure’s growth and refreshed strategic vision, Fraser, who was appointed to the CCO role 10 months ago, moves into the newly created chief product officer position. This will allow him to focus on driving innovation through the product roadmap.
O’Rorke joins Plexure from Westpac New Zealand where she was head of customer experience and design. As part of the executive leadership team she will be responsible for expanding relationships with Plexure’s growing international customer base.
O’Rorke brings with her more than 15 years’ experience building and leading teams. She has a diverse skill set, having worked across multiple categories including marketing, advertising agencies, not for profit and SaaS. Her work has spanned several industries across New Zealand, Australia and Thailand.
