PIC Insurance Brokers has appointed Graeme Edwards as its new chief operating officer.
Edwards brings a wealth of experience in the insurance industry to this role, having previously served as New Zealand general manager for Resolution Life, as chief executive for SBS Insurance, and – prior to those roles – as executive general manager at AIA.
More recently, Edwards has been the chief operating officer at Young and Healthy Charitable Trust, an organisation working to encourage New Zealand children to participate in physical activity.

“PIC is a large-scale family business that genuinely cares about its clients so the opportunity to work across the whole business at a strategic level was too good to pass up.”
Edwards’ appointment to the senior leadership team follows PIC Insurance Brokers’ recent promotion of Kristen Garner to its chief executive role.
