Jennifer Tweed promoted.
Perpetual Guardian has appointed Jennifer Tweed as national retail manager.
In her role, Ms Tweed is responsible for the vision and strategies for sustainable, commercial success of the company’s personal client services (PCS) branches/offices, including the New Zealand Trustee Services (NZTS) business. In addition, Ms Tweed will provide leadership and management support to the branches, ensuring each office is set up for sustainable success through employee learning and development, talent retention, engagement and productivity.
Ms Tweed will oversee all 16 Perpetual Guardian branches nationwide: Auckland CBD, Remuera, Takapuna, Whangarei, Napier, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Wellington, Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga, Christchurch, Ashburton, Nelson, Dunedin and Timaru.
Ms Tweed has extensive experience in leading teams with a focus on business growth and process improvement.
