Chris Greenslade has been promoted after joining as a graduate and spending 14 years with the company.
Agribusiness is an area of focus for Nexia New Zealand, and Greenslade's background in agriculture and farming means he has intimate knowledge of the challenges faced by rural families along with the numbers that go behind running a rural enterprise, the company said.
Alongside two offices in Auckland, Nexia New Zealand employs more than 90 staff based in Christchurch, making it one of the largest business advisory practices in the South Island.
Nexia New Zealand is a member of Nexia International, the eighth-largest group of accounting and consulting firms worldwide.
