Mondiale VGL has announced the appointment of Natasha Dunbier to the role of chief people officer, adding to the company’s international senior leadership team.

Dunbier joins the global top 30 freight forwarder from Fletcher Building, where she held various senior executive human resources roles.

She brings proven experience in partnering with leaders to facilitate and embed people strategies, having also held human resource management roles at Coca Cola Amatil NZ and Fonterra.

Mondiale VGL group chief executive Ray Meade said Dunbier would bring a deep knowledge of engagement, change management, talent management, and strategic planning to the company. “Natasha’s experience and expertise will add significant value to Mondiale VGL and its employee base of more than 1500, both here in New Zealand and across our 63 global offices.

“Our people are our greatest asset, and I’m eager to work with Natasha to evolve the Mondiale VGL employee experience,” he said.

Dunbier commented: “Mondiale VGL [has] a more than 30-year history of success centred around its people and its global network of relationships. I’m looking forward to building on this company culture to support ongoing success in the market and an employee experience that sees our people thrive in meaningful careers.”

Dunbier commences with Mondiale VGL in mid-November.
