The New Zealand Refining Company’s chief executive, Mike Fuge, is stepping down to become chief executive of electricity company Contact Energy.
The refiner’s chairman, Simon Allen, said he was “disappointed” by the decision and was looking for a replacement before Fuge leaves in March
