Matt Whineray to chair FirstCape

Former NZ Super Fund boss appointed to Jarden/JBWere wealth management tie-up.

FirstCape group chief executive Malcolm Jackson and chair Matt Whineray.

The former boss of the New Zealand Super Fund has been appointed the inaugural chair of the combined Jarden/JB Were NZ wealth management business, FirstCape.

The firm came together following a deal confirmed last December which merges Jarden's wealth management business with National Australia
