Errol Burn will continue as director and head of assurance as well as taking on the MD role.
Lynch & Associates Ltd have announced the appointment of Errol Burn as managing director.
Burn’s role at over the past three years has been as a director and head of assurance and he will continue in these roles, while now also being responsible for all aspects of the practice including the future growth and success of the company.
Burn commenced his professional career working with Deloitte and Ernst & Young before moving into industry. Prior to joining Lynch, Burn worked for many years as chief financial officer for a major not-for-profit organisation and is particularly passionate about that sector as well as social impact space and charitable organisations.
He is a fully qualified CA with Chartered Accountants of Australia and NZ and holds a Certificate of Public Practice and is a qualified auditor. Burn has more than 30 years’ experience across a wide range of industries with listed and private companies, and not-for-profit organisations both in New Zealand and the UK.
Lynch & Associates’ founding shareholder and director Chris Lynch will remain active in the business moving to the position of executive director.
