KPMG New Zealand has announced the recent appointment of Mark Pearce, who has joined as a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) partner, strengthening the leadership within the deal advisory team.
Pearce joins the firm with more than 25 years of advisory experience, primarily in investment banking. He has a proven track record of working with domestic and international clients on M&A and capital markets transactions across many of New Zealand’s most significant industries.
