JLL New Zealand has appointed Sarah Bryant in the newly created role of strategy, design, and delivery lead.
This role reflects JLL’s commitment to blending global corporate real estate (CRE) insights with local expertise to meet the evolving needs of the New Zealand market, the company said.
Bryant’s extensive experience in workplace strategy, design, and project management will enhance JLL’s ability to provide integrated, innovative services across its offerings, including research, leasing, capital markets, and project and development services.
With her ability to bridge international best practices with local relevance, the company said, Bryant is uniquely positioned to address the dynamic changes shaping the CRE landscape.
JLL New Zealand head of project development and services Aimee Baker said: “Sarah’s expertise will allow us to navigate key trends, including hybrid work, human-centric design, sustainability, and technology-driven transformation.”
Bryant’s appointment is supported by key insights from JLL’s recent report, The Future of Work 2024: Designing Workplaces to Drive Success, on research highlighting the growing importance of employee-centric strategies, integrating AI and data-driven solutions, and creating sustainable, adaptable workplaces.
In line with the report, Bryant’s role will include supporting clients as they align their workplaces with ambitious sustainability goals, balancing energy efficiency, environmental resilience, and long-term flexibility within dynamic workplace designs.

Bryant’s new role commenced in January and has already gained interest by a number of local clients.
