Hamilton Locke has announced promotions across Hamilton Locke in Australia and Hamilton Locke New Zealand, effective July 1, 2023.
Hamilton Locke Special Counsel James Tannock will be promoted to partner, continuing his specialisation in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, acquisition and fund structuring, and shareholder arrangements, particularly for private equity and other private capital clients.
Maggie Chang of Hamilton Locke NZ will also be promoted to partner (once she has completed the New Zealand Law Society requirements), specialising in M&A, venture capital investments, and private equity transactions.
As partners, James Tannock and Maggie Chang will further enhance the strategic direction of the firm and drive growth, bringing their extensive experience and expertise to further benefit the firm’s clients.
