The partners at Ford Sumner have announced that Jono Cole has been promoted to senior associate.
Cole joined Ford Sumner in 2013 and specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in company law, mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, commercial insolvency, and debt-recovery.
He works closely with a wide variety of clients on issues affecting their businesses and regularly advises insolvency practitioners and creditors on recovery and enforcement proceedings.
Cole also has extensive experience with commercial property matters, including leases, sale and purchase transactions, and financing.
His promotion reflects Cole’s continued progression through the firm and is testament to both his hard work and strong all round capability, approachability and excellent organisational skills.
