Event appoints new director of sales, meetings & events NZ
Internal promotion for Astrid Boore
Event Hospitality and Entertainment NZ has announced the promotion of Astrid Boore to the newly created position of drector of sales, meetings & events New Zealand.
Boore has more than 30 years’ extensive international sales and marketing experience garnered in various sectors of the industry, starting in Australia and broadened across the wider Pacific region and beyond.
Boore joined Rydges Latimer Christchurch in 2018 on a 12-month contract role as director of sales, to cover maternity leave.
Catherine Parker is returning from maternity leave to her director of sales and marketing role for Rydges Latimer this month. Boore will continue to be based in Christchurch.
