Wellington-based software company makes internal relationship manager appointment.
Boost has announced the internal appointment of Sean Romans to relationship manager for the Wellington-based software company.
Romans has been working as an Agile coach at Boost over the past two years after a varied background spending time in professional rugby with the Highlanders and abroad in the United Kingdom.
“What drew me to the relationship manager role is the same thing as what originally drew me towards Agile coaching: the focus on people working together with a shared purpose.
“Regardless of whether it is sport or business, by putting culture first and building strong, trusted relationships, you put yourself in a strong position to succeed.
“I’m excited about the possibility to share the knowledge I have gained over the years, and learn from other like-minded individuals looking to have positive and lasting impacts,” Romans said.
