The Overseas Investment Office (OIO) has approved Yili’s acquisition of West Coast dairy co-operative, Westland Dairy.
Yili is a Shanghai-listed company that sells liquid milk, milk powder, yoghurt, ice cream and cheese in China. Westland employs 573 people and exports 87.5% of its dairy
