Xero may have snubbed NZX by shifting to listing solely on ASX but it isn’t playing by Aussie Rules.
In particular, it is managing to avoid Australia’s “two-strike rule,” which was designed to give shareholders more power to rein in directors’ and executives’ pay rates.
