A third of Kiwis who spotted something nefarious at work chose not to say anything out of fear, according to a survey by the Institute of Business Ethics.
The UK-based IBE’s Ethics at Work survey found 34% of New Zealanders who have been aware of misconduct at work decided not to speak up.
