WEL Networks seeks consent for NZ’s largest battery system

Hamilton-based lines company WEL Networks and its consultancy subsidiary Infratec have lodged resource consent applications to build New Zealand’s largest battery storage system – large enough to hold energy to meet the daily demands of more than 2000 homes.
