Waterstone, Calibre meet again as property developer fails

Auckland property developer Millbrook West collapsed earlier this year, owing an entity-linked to Arena Investors more than $15m.

Millbrook44 was behind a 57 house development in Henderson, Auckland.

Waterstone Insolvency and Calibre Partners have once again found themselves running separate insolvency proceedings for the same company, where the secured lender is an entity connected to New York-based Arena Investors.
