Vodafone funnels $10m to revamp customer service

Vodafone NZ has confirmed it will spend $10 million to create a New Zealand-based specialist customer service team that will go live in just three weeks.

The funding for the new “X Squad” section will be drawn from other parts of the telco’s ecosystem but chief executive Jason Paris said
