Vodafone ‘advanced’ in celltower sale preparation

No decision yet, but could be ‘in near term’.

Vodafone NZ says it is “at an advanced stage” of preparation for the sale of its passive celltower network.

The sale option was flagged in November by 50% owner Infratil, and Vodafone chief executive Jason Paris provided an update on the proposal in presentations to Infratil’s investor day
