Vista Group buys the rest of Numero
The chief executive says the timing was right.

NZX-listed Vista Group has bought the other half of Australian-based cinema data company Numero it didn't already own.
The global cinema software company bought the 50% of shares from Stuyar Pty, a company associated with Numero chief executive Simon Burton.
