Listed cinema software company says US$6.5m buy shows confidence in movie-going.

NZX and ASX-listed cinema software company Vista Group International has acquired US-based competitor Retriever Solutions, adding more than 100 new customers over 200 sites in that market.
The purchase price of up to US$6.5 million ($9.79m), some of which is conditional on post-completion
