Valuations impact Ryman result despite higher underlying profit

NZX listed aged care provider Ryman Healthcare's $325 million profit for the year to March 31 was down on last year because of changes to property valuation assumptions and higher operating expenses.

The company’s underlying profit was $227m, up $23.5m from $203.5m in 2018.
