Two Degrees intends to appoint former Port of Tauranga chief executive Mark Cairns as its chair, should its proposed IPO proceed.

Cairns will take over from current chair Brad Horwitz, who is founder and CEO of the telecommunications company’s main shareholder – Canada-listed Trilogy
