THL Apollo deal will ‘materially weaken’ channel, submitter says

Anonymous submission to ComCom refutes THL’s submissions on the wholesale-aggregator channel.

THL said it and Apollo are not ‘must haves’ for wholesales or aggregators”.

The wholesale-aggregator market for motorhomes will be “materially weakened” if the proposed THL Apollo merger goes ahead, says an anonymous cross-submission to the Commerce Commission.

The regulator has also delayed a decision on the proposed merger of listed tourism operator Tourism Holdings
