Cyber tech firm put into liquidation, owes $30m to creditors

Optic Security Group, which had several NZ subsidiaries, had been in voluntary administration since October 17.

Australian-headquartered, New Zealand-registered cyber security firm Optic Security Group – which owned five New Zealand subsidiaries – has been placed into liquidation after a watershed meeting of creditors.
