SkyCity selling carpark rights to focus on hotel development

The company wants to branch out into accommodation and start a hotel chain.

SkyCity is planning to sell the rights to its Auckland carparks to fund the entertainment company’s hotel expansion.

This was revealed at SkyCity’s annual meeting in Auckland and chief executive Graeme Stephens says the money raised from carpark sales and the potential sale of its Darwin
