Napster founder and former Facebook president Sean Parker has made a “significant investment” in Wellington-based special effects company Weta Digital.

A spokeswoman for Parker told NBR only that he had taken a "minority stake" in Weta Digital, which until now has been 75% owned by Sir Peter
