Metlifecare has received a second, lower, offer from its potential acquirer Asia Pacific Village Group, which withdrew its initial offer three months ago.
The non-binding indicative offer, received yesterday afternoon, is for all Metlife’s shares at $6 a piece under a scheme of arrangement.
