Rising dairy and meat prices boost second quarter terms of trade

Export prices increasing more than import prices in the June 2018 quarter led to a 0.6% rise in the terms of trade, according to Statistics New Zealand.

Leading this rise was a 3.2% increase for dairy products largely on the back of a 7.2% lift in milk powder exports while most other dairy
