Revenue, profit tick up for TVNZ at half-year mark

The Rugby World Cup 2019 did not deliver the coveted gong to the All Blacks, but it did provide a substantial boost to the state broadcaster’s advertising revenue.

TVNZ's total revenue in the six months to December 31st, 2019 grew $5.5 million to $179m, with advertising revenue up from $163.1m
