Resmed wins German Fisher & Paykel Healthcare patent infringement case

Resmed gets one up on F and P in continuing patent fight.

The Munich Regional Court has found the headgear for two of Fisher & Paykel’s continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) masks for treating sleep apnea infringed a patent held by Californian medical equipment company ResMed.
