Recession fears rise as Wall Street goes deeper into the red for 2018

Fears of a global recession are the paramount concern for investors after another punishing week in financial markets.
The two major benchmarks on Wall Street are in the red for the year – the S&P 500 is down 1.5% and the Dow Jones Industrial Average has lost 1.3%.
