Rātā Foundation invests about $5m into Global From Day One

South Island-based Rātā Foundation has invested about $5 million into the third venture capital fund being raised by Global from Day One (GD1).

GD1 has been on the hunt for further investment to close its Fund 3 at about $170m in the next few months, after a first close last year at $130m.
