Queenstown Airport pays dividend despite decade-low traffic

Queenstown Airport Corporation (QAC) has declared a shareholder dividend of $1.3 million despite reporting a 10-year low in terms of passenger and aircraft movements.

The company, which is owned by Queenstown Lakes District Council and Auckland International Airport, reported a net profit after tax
