Pushpay buys US church management system for $132.2m

Pushpay has bought US-based company Church Community Builder for $US87.5 million ($132.2m) while co-founder Chris Heaslip has sold half his remaining shares and will step down as director.
The dual ASX and NZX-listed company acquired the “fully integrated” church management system (ChMS)
